Robert's Pocho Pendejo Recipe:

Gesado del Rey

Ingredients:

1 bottle of olive oil
1 pound of lean ground beef
2 skinned and sliced potatoes
3 diced carrots
1 handful of sliced mushrooms
1 dash of smashed garlic
1 can of El Pato Tomato Sauce

1 bottle of Root Beer

Robert sez:

I am fat. I am fat because I love to eat. And one of my favorite dishes to eat is EL GESADO del REY. Which is good because it's one of the few I actually know how to prepare. Let's spread those ingredients and get it on.

When I do mine, I whip out my big frying pan and drop a little olive oil on it. Oh yes, then I heat it up. I mean REALLY heat it up until it feels so DAMN GOOD!!!

And then I drop my big potatoes on the pan and slip in the carrots. Step back as I let my mushrooms go. Yes, now sprinkle a dash of smashed garlic over everything. Move everything around a bit. That's it, yes, that's it.

Now sit back for a minute or two and watch. Just watch.

Are you ready for some juicy MEAT? Well then, let's unzip it and throw that defrosted ground beef in the pan. Break it down good, y'all! Now it's time to reach for the root beer while the meat gets brown and proud.

I love to drink root beer when I get down. Do you like root beer? Drink it down. You deserve it. Let's enjoy it together for a few minutes.

Now that everything seems like it can't get any hotter, I take it to another level. That's when I break out 1 can of El Pato and pour that magic Latino love juice all over that steaming pan. Move it around again. Yeah, it looks like you got it together.

When everything is cooked and smelly, turn off the flame, throw it on a plate and dig in REAL GOOD.

"Damn, this tastes like SHIT!", you exclaim. Heh heh heh... it don't matter to me, pendejo, cause I got mine.
